Postage & Packaging

• Orders are shipped within one/two working days of payment, excluding weekends and bank holidays

• Shipping prices are below, please keep in mind packaging weight and our 30p per order charge

Royal Mail First Class:

Letter

• (up to 100g) - £0.95

Large Letter

• (up to 100g) - £1.45

• (up to 250g) - £2.05

• (up to 500g) - £2.65

• (up to 750g) - £3.30

Small Parcel

• (up to 2kg) - £3.95

Medium Parcel

• (up to 2kg) - £5.95

• (up to 10kg) - £6.95

Payment

• We accept PayPal through Instant Checkout or Manual Invoices

Stock

• Minifigure(s) are stored safely in grip seal bags and sometimes come disassembled depending on type. Used Minifigures always come assembled to confirm they're complete

• Our new stock is only handled when we part out sets and pick your order

• Used Stock we simply go by the rule of 'We sell what we personally would build with'  Some of the used we stock can be upto 60 years old, please expect playware and aging. (Example: white 60 years ago will rarely be the white we have today). Small flaws will be mentioned such as slight dents/print fading. Medium-large dents, cracks, bends and bad yellowing will be rejected. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the condition of your used part(s) when received please contact us immediately.

• Sets are stored safely whether it be new or used, bagged or boxed

Orders

• Orders are typically packed 1 lot per bag, however large lot, low quantity orders will be condensed to save on packaging. (Example: where an order consists of 50 lots, however each lot is only 2 items, many of these lots will be placed together).

• Items are placed in grip seal bags then packed in bubble mailers (Jiffys) or boxes

• All of our orders are processed in a clean, smoke free environment
